Long ago I lost the battery door for my Verbatim Mouse, but when I found it again recently I decided to try to model a new one. I was lazy on the “battery holder” area, but I think this crude design still has near interference enough to hold them in.
I printed with PLA at first but struggled to get the right fit and flexibility of the top latch. It seemed functional, but in the end made it with TPU (96A) using an Ender 3 Pro with Sprite Pro Extruder. I used layer height of 0.16 and supports for for small overhangs.
