This is a bulkhead fitting for connecting flexible hoses to containers. It is designed to allow for easy drainage, since the existing parts I found available didn't allow for good drainage due to surface tension around the inlet.
You might need to play around a bit with the tolerances, the easiest thing to do is to just scale the nut directly in the slicer (only in the X and Y directions) by a few percent.
This hose side should fit a 5/16" ID hose.
