I think it will fit 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Tesla Model 3 and Y. (Probably not Model 3 Highland)
Mine was able to friction-fit without any problems, but I could see using double-sided sticky tap or foam stick helping.
I can't confirm Model Y b/c I don't have one. :-)
I recommend PETG for increased flexibility and heat resistance.
