Creality ender s1 pro spool holder

Disclaimer: Test before putting too much weight on it! If it breaks, that's on you.

This is an extra spool holder to fit on the other side of the ender s1 pro holder. I used a M8 100mm bolt as the core and ‘reinforced’ the part that lockes into the holder with a washer. My thinking is that the washer would take most of the weight (time will tell).

I printed a small cover for the washer to help stick the PLA+ after continuing the print when inserting the washer. Only 2 layers at 0.12mm layer height was needed. Super glue it to the washer and maybe keep it on the bed while printing the inner.stl. The heat helps the PLA  stick better on the insert. 

Every part has a little 0.4mm nub to allow the bearings to roll freely. That's why I split the spacer in half to make it easier to print.

Assembly is pretty straight forward, slide everything on the bolt in the following order:

inner - bearing - spacer (watch the nub) - spacer - bearing - sleeve - endstop (with nut)

printed parts using PLA+ at 0.2mm layer heigth with 0.4mm nozzle:

• inner.stl goes as the locking part into the holder
• spacer.stl to be printed twice
• sleeve.stl goes over the bearings
• endstop.stl to tie it all together
• washercover.stl printed at 0.12mm layer heigth

materials needed:

• 2 x 608z bearings
• 1 x M8 100mm bolt and nut
• 1 x M8 30mm washer (in reality they're 29.6mm, just enough room to embed them)
