A new slider and Knob for all Powerbox Core/Atom transmitters. This slider ensures more clearance for the buttons on the top edges and brings a new ergonomic approach to this transmitter series.
ASA Settings: 0,25mm Nozzle, 260°C Nozzle, 110°C Bed, 0,15mm Layer, 5 Perimeters (important to give more strenght to mounting holes!!!!), 50% infill, object cooling always on (start at layer 0) to prevent elephant foot, all supports on, brim off. I use Fiberlogy ASA, that stuff works awesome with the predefined filament profile in Prusa Slizer. Any other ASA or PETG might work as well.
Printing direction and useful advice: I used to print on the mount hole attached to the surface of the print bed with all supports enabled. It depends on your filament and your printer settings how this slider will fit, the measurements of the mounting hole are nice and tight to the transmitter pin. If your filament was a little bit too fluid or your cooling insufficient, use a cutter blade to remove the elephant foot inside of the mounting hole carefully. I added a small round edge on top of the mounting hole to support a better installation and hope this prevents all I wrote here before. Use the screw to get this slider finally in place. For uninstallation use a soft microfibre cloth, wrap it over the slider area and pull gently to remove.
