Versatile handles for pull-ups and other types of lifts and rows. Just attach paracord. These are on the small and portable side, but if you want them larger you could scale them up a bit without issue. I've been using them for pull-ups and rows for a week now without issue, but let me know if there is something to change and I can update the model. You can fold the paracord around the handles to use the bottom side to mix up the grip style.
