I designed the front and rear holders to use the existing screw holes in the balancer PCB and to also cover all the electronics in the front and back.
I just remixed my original model and removed all vertical mount features. I haven't printed this case myself so please share your makes.
According to the documentation the NEEY 12-16S Active Balancer has the dimensions 125 x 91 x 16mm.
Printing
- Filament: I used PETG
- Infill: I used 15% and the parts feel pretty sturdy.
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
- Perimeters: 2, (I used 1.67mm walls).
- Support: Yes, I used organic support from buildplate only.
Additional parts required
- 4x M3x20 SHCS screws to connect the front and rear cover and the balancer
- 4x M3 Nuts
