This little widget pops into your crank bolt (assuming it has an 8mm hex) and features a slot on the outside for your tape measure to bite into. It helps you get a highly precise measurement of seat height (in combination with something like one of the 80mm finding tools available).
Print in any material you have, it's not a stressed part.
