I made this for my children so that they could carry around the cards for their yoto and not have them go everywhere in a suitcase, backpack or hands!
No additional parts, could print in place assembled; however, I recommend printing as separate components to allow for mixing of colors.
Recommended Print Settings:
- 25% print infill gyroid
- PETG or PLA
- Supports Everywhere with orientation in STLs
- Note: Add infill exclusion through center of hinges for all components or you will be using a pick or drill bit to get out support! (rest of supports break of easily)
Assembly Notes:
- Recommend laying Card Holder with spin/hinges facing on table and slowly pushing door from top towards the larger base
- Take care the tolerances are tight; however, it assembles easily if you take your time
