Materials:
- 2kg of filament for each visible color
- 1kg of filament for the core
- 4 M8 x 80 Bolts
- An electric drill with an extra long bit for the M8's
- A whole lotta CA glue
Slicing instructions
- Use an 0.8 nozzle unless you want it to take months
- Print the core halves with 4 perimeters. The screws thread directly into the core so you need extra strength
- No supports are needed for any part
- You have to cut the stem like this (I lost the CAD file for this so I'm not able to fix the part):

- All the other parts have self evident print orientations, but here they are just for extra clarity:

Post-processing instructions:
- Super glue the parts together. I'm just gonna assume you can figure out how a pyraminx works. I have a video of me assembling it here so you can get an idea of how to do the super glue. There are no alignment pegs for the parts, you need to eye ball it and hold the part together with rubber bands while the CA is setting
- Yes, the core needs to be superglued together. Trust me, it's totally fine and should not result in any stability problems. My giant pyraminx is a tank.
- Screw everything together like I did in my video
- The corner caps need to be superglued on. There's no going back once you do that, so this puzzle can never be disassembled or tensioned.
- I really recommend lubricating with silicon oil. It will help tremendously with turning
