I print this vertically, with the flat side on the print bed. I would recommend printing just the section with the hole first, to see if you need to adjust your X-Y hole compensation for the pin hole.
100% infill, PLA+, at least 3mm brim (I use 5mm brim). I recommend using adaptive layer height on the section with the pin hole.
