This is an "All in" poker chip with integrated voids / pockets to insert weights.
[ ! ] Recommended material :
-6 x 3255 steel washers (19mm in diameter)
I used 3 sets of 2 “3255” sized steel washers (6 in total).
This adds a nice weight to it. All my friends at poker night were impressed by the feel in hand. You'll never get this kind of weight with a 100% infill.
When using a 0.16mm layer height, a pause at the start of layer 37 (5.96mm) will allow you to insert the washers before covering the pockets.
[ ! ] I used A DROP of gorilla glue between the washers and another between the bottom of the pockets and the 1st washer. You can use CA glue, of course, but don't overdo it if using gorilla glue as it could damage the print when it expands.
The 3mf file already has the pause (M601) and color changes (M600) to achieve the same result as this →
You can use ironing, but if you're not, the 3mf file has the print oriented to that the top layer has its lined aligned such as this →
