Pokeball, Greatball and Ultraball coasters for your drinks!
95mm diameter coasters.
Designed for and tested on a Bambu Lab P1S with AMS using Bambu Studio.
Designed for a 90mm-diameter 2mm-thick adhesive cork circle but works perfectly well without!
STEP files are split into objects of required colours.
BambuStudio .3mf files included.
Printing Tips
- Print face-down on textured PEI bed
- Arachne wall generator ON
- Print first layer as narrow and thin as possible for smoothest finish
(I used 0.35mm first layer line width and 0.06mm first layer height) - Global layer height 0.2mm
- First layer speed reduced to 20mm/s
- First layer colour order: Lightest → Darkest
Notes
The upper segment of the Ultraball coaster uses a thin (0.06mm to 0.12mm) black first layer followed by white to create a contrast to the surrounding black, shown below. Alternatively use a dark grey filament. The STEP file includes the first layer as a separate object.
