A more tight fitting grow basket for Aerogardens. The grow pods provided by Aerogarden fit loosely and move around a lot, especially when cleaning.
Unlike the Aerogarden provided baskets these are not unidirectional. There is a gap where the water from the Aerogarden grow deck drips down onto the grow sponge. This design is so the plants don't move around when removing the grow deck for cleaning.
Printing
These take a long time to print, so I only use them for plants I expect to get large and keep for years, like micro tomato or mini jalapeno peppers.
I recommend PLA+ since some areas are thin and will take a lot of strain as the plant roots grow. For printing I've tried vertical upright and upside down with support material. I get some stringing at the bottom but it doesn't affect the plant growth.
