I had finger tendonitis and this helped to restrict my finger movement. It probably wont fit your hand but small adjustments can be made by submerging the part into hot water and forming it by hand.
If you are having medical problems please visit a doctor and ask for advice. Sometimes restricting movement can be counterproductive.
