I found a shape sorter toy, made of wood, that is missing the board and several of its shapes. I tried making the replacement board and missing pieces.
The one that I pictured are a mix of wooden shapes and printed parts. Files that are provided here has been rounded, to avoid injury
Tried making it as a compact piece, measuring 15.5 x 15.5 x 13 cm. Designed with a 1 mm gap between the shapes and slots.
I printed this with 15% infill (cubic), 3 walls, 4 top and bottom layers, on a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height.
Pieces should be big enough to avoid choking hazard. If you're interested, print the smallest shape, then test it.
