Paragliding Reserve Packing Board

I needed a packing board for my reserve - so I drew one. It fits the build plate of a Prusa i3 MK4 exactly

Things to consider:

• This is much lighter than a wooden board. You can use an anti-slip mat or a weight to reduce the board from moving around. Or have a friend help you with the re-pack. 
  (Just worth a mention cause people with paragliders AND 3D printers are probably nerds with limited social contacts :-D ) 
   
• I used 10% adaptive cubic for the infill of the board and  standard settings (0.2mm structural) for the pins
   
• Use a knife / deburring tool to make sure the edges of the cutouts are clean and the pins don't get stuck
   
• The pins should be oriented sideways for printing. That's why the design is a D-Shaped profile for better adhesion & stability. You don't want them to break off when inserted into the board.
   
• You'll probably need 13 pins and 1-2 spares
