Welcome to the PHFSCB (Pee-Fisch-Bee) solution! This collection of storage bins were designed from the start to be parametric and I will be actively monitoring this model to see what types the community needs. I have published the most common variations first and will be working to post the rest over the coming weeks.
Usage Directions:
These are design for the small and medium Harbor Freight Storage Master Storage Cases.
- 1U = Full height bins and come in normal and long variant which is 2 normal bins side by side on the short side (adding more soon)
- 0.5U = Half height stackable bins and come in normal and long variant (adding more soon)
Currently these are only for 0.4mm nozzle sizes and layer heights up to 0.28mm. Can be printed with PLA and PETG. More variations coming soon.
Make sure when printing to turn on auto supports to ensure the bottom is supported. This is because like the original bins these will set into the circles in the bottom of the cases as well as slot into the top for a more secure fit.
Bins are sorted by their unit of width and divisions. Currently this is for the small and medium sized HF storage cases. They are also sorted by the Nozzle Size recommended to be used with them. These are setup to be perfect divisions of the nozzle size for faster printing and not as much arcane wall generation needed. All of the bins are designed to be stacked with special attention given to the half height versions.
I am currently working out a few bugs in the Fusion 360 file that are causing problems with larger U sizes. Once I can work these out I plan to post it for all to use.
