I created this tripod, originally intended for placing gopro cam at a height of at least 120 centimeters, due to the need for transporting in a small suitcase. Telescopic parts are aluminum rods with a diameter of 8 and 10 mm. The couplings hold the narrower part in the set position elastically, for a load higher than 250g ( not recommend), the pressure of the couplings can be increased by shortening the slots or by inserting a rubber ring. The shorter are rods, the more stable is the tripod. The length of rods on my stand is 40 cm.
