DIY servicing a Fox Transfer dropper post, 2017-2020 models, is an almost impossible task given the quantity and cost (about $600) of the special tools.
That is why I designed the special tools for a 3D printer.
All parts have been tested with PLA.
Sources for servicing:

  1. Fox manuals.
    1. 2017
    2. 2018+
    3. 2021+
  2. YouTube:
    1. Fox Transfer (2017-2020) Dropper Post Full Service, Simon Szoke
    2. Fox Transfer 2018 rebuild, Butter Suspension

The complete toolset consists of 10 tools.
One of the tools, the fill tool, is not a 3d print part, but is assembled from easily available and cheap parts from pneumatics and electrical engineering. A description can be found in the enclosed manual (pdf document).

The tools:

  1. shaft clamp (8 mm)

  2. Upper bushing removal tool

You need a 22mm wrench and 8mm Alan key to use it.

  3. Spool Valve Cap Removal Tool

  4. Spool Valve Funnel

4 differrent internal diameters (only 3 shown)
Consider using PETG because it is easier to sand. The inside should be as smooth as possible and using a wooden stick wrapped with sandpaper P1000 or finer is one way to achieve this. Alternatively, a coating with Smooth-On XTC-3D can be applied. This also works fine.

  5. Shaft Bullet

  6. Internal Spool Valve Compressor tool

  7. IFP height tool

Two designs for 100/125 and 150/175 mm models.

  8. Nitrogen Fill Open Valve tool

  9. Upper Bushing and Seal Installer

  10. Fill Tool

DIY tool with Schrader valve for shock pump.
