Simple structure riser and tray for the Mazda3 BK big box under the armrest, the structure creates an additional level in the box that allows to use a custom tray for storing things without losing them in the abyss.
Should work with any Mazda3 BK (2003-2009) that has armrest.
Print preferible in PETG or similar material instead of PLA unless you leave in a very cold place to avoid deformation in summer.
I was fed up with the big box under the armrest of my Mazda 3 BK and the problems of storing things there, so I made a structure that fits in the box and allow me to put a custom tray for keeping things tidy in a better way without losing the box capabitly of storing big things.
The design has two parts, the big structure that is inserted in the box and a tray that fits in the top for storing things in a more convenient way.
You can find the structure in two different ways, full or split in two parts that should be glued after printed, any of them leads to the same end, but the full needs more material as it needs supports…
