This is a 1/25 scale model of No.100 steam tram at Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) in Auckland, NZ.
After uploading the No.21 tram trailer files a few months ago, I have been asked a few times to also make a model of the steam tram that will be towing the trailer once it's restored. It's taken a while but it's finally ready for public consumption.
I used old blueprints for some measurements as well as scaling off photos to model the tram. However there's still some artistic license involved so the model may not be 100% accurate..
If you want to see the real thing you have to come to MOTAT in Auckland. The tram usually runs on MOTAT's Live Steam Days on the third Sunday of every month.
EDIT (31 May 2025): I have added a full scale parasolid file (#100 Assembly.x_t). I had to zip the file to be able to upload it so look for #100 Assembly.zip.
