These are intended as crumple zones for your water bottle so it doesn't get dented up or otherwise scratched by the trials and tribulations of daily life.
You should select settings that make the printed parts deliberately weak so they break before the bottle takes a hit: I suggest one perimeter, 2-3 solid top/bottom layers, ~5% cubic infill and randomly aligned seam positions.
The random seam positions make the part ever so slightly larger so it should easily press on to the bottle with only hand pressure and stay there.
