Printing:
Print this flat against the bed. Moderate settings like 2-3 Walls and 10-30% of Infill should be enough. You can use Supports on the insertion holes, although i was absolutley fine without any. If you don't trust your printers bed adhesion, use a brim. This is a large, flat print after all.
Usage:
Insert your darts into the holes until they fully bottom out. Now take a knife and make a swift and powerfull cut along the cutting channel. If you are using a slimmer knife, try cutting more to the left side of the channel. I gave the channel some wider clearance so more types of knifes would fit. Now simply eject your freshly cut darts and they are ready for usage!
Pro tip: Heat your knife over a lighter or torch for some seconds and then make the cut. This will result in a much easier and cleaner cut.
I had some problems on the first iterations that the cut down darts were a bit too long long and got stuck in my Worker Talon magazines. If this happens to you, please get in contact and im going to change some dimesions.
