Very Simple adaptor mount ring to make the Katsu Mill fit nicely into the DeWalt Mount that's shipped with the 4030.
It's a snug, but not complicated fit on both sides - just insert the machine as shown on the picture and fix using the two hex screws on the aluminum mount.
My version is printed using PLA with a 100% Infill and 3 Perimeters, and it's been working without any flaws.
