Wanted to add a pre filter to my Fluval 106 canister filter in my planted tank (to keep soil out of the main filter). This allows for some filter foam to be cut and placed within the cage to act as a pre filter, which is easy to then remove and clean.
Didnt get any pics of it in action unfortunately.
