The size can be adjusted with the parameters in fusion 360. Just measure the length and width of you hat's headband.
After taking your hats measurements I recommend printing the size template in the downloads. Print this in vase mode for minimal filament waste and maximum speed. Once printed, place inside the hat and check the fit.
The model can be printed as 2 pieces; The bracket and the hat holder. The hat holder can be printed without supports (at least on my bambu A1). I printed mine with 2 layers at 15% infill and its sturdy.
Version 3.0
Created a better bracket with more holes for mounting. Installed a cover for the bracket so it looks more streamlined. The new bracket should work with the old hat holder. If you use this design it'd be great if you can leave a photo and comment.
