The aim was to create a go (weiqi) game playable for the blind.
The board has holes to prevent the stones from accidentally moving. In addition, it was assumed that the black stones would have an additional dome to allow them to be distinguished.
The full set consists of four quarters of the game board and 180 of both white and black stones.
Print settings
No rafts or supports needed.
We print the board using 0.6 mm nozzle and pieces using 0.4 mm nozzle.
The pieces have very small contact area with the print bed. A clean bed and well-calibrated Z-offset is needed to prevent first layer issues. Additionally it may help to use brim, but it requires some postprocessing.
