Print in whatever material you prefer. I Printed mine in ABS as a test, 0.28mm layer height, 2 walls, 4 tops, 3 bottoms. 15% infill. I am 300lbs and these are holding up perfectly fine.
I will be trying again with TPU to see if there is any sound dampening (for my downstairs neighbor) but otherwise the extra height just makes this nicer to use on carpet. Will NOT interfere with the use of the wheels. Print 8, use strong double sided tape (I use gorilla glue clear) to mount.
