There's two models here ‘Small’ and ‘Smaller’, the ‘Small’ one is just cutting the walls down to 2mm and doing a direct line between the inserts. The ‘Smaller’ one entirely cuts down all the fat, and also brings the two inserts closer together by 2mm.
As far as AirTag disassembly and building the slim airtag, Rohan the original designer has a great guide, REMEMBER TO NOT SEPARATE THE PCB FROM THE GREY PLASTIC SHELL, THAT IS THE ANTENNA AND CANNOT BE REATTACHED.

I've only printed this on my Elegoo Mars 3 resin printer, the tolerances and everything worked wonderfully, if anyone prints this via traditional FDM methods let me know if I need to modify anything.
