I made some 25mm T-Connector brackets for a Trailer which are easy to print and require 3x M5 nuts and M5 screws.

My fathers trailer needed a better way to hold the top braces properly, and ducttape didn't look very clean :)
I decided to try designing a solution in Fusion 360 as a newbie to get into creating something that others might require as well or can get some inspiration from.
These are made for 25mm (~1 inch) diameter tube/pipe/bar for the clamp and brace.
I Printed this on a Bambulab P1P with the following settings with good results
- 0.4mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer height
- 4 wall loops
- Outer Brim support
Added a small hole in the bottom half bracket so something can be ziptied to it.
Good idea to use locknuts to be sure, a trailer does shake around a lot
My father also wanted to get 2 extra braces, so I modified the model to handle 2020extrusion as well. (See images)
