I was designing a small lamp and wasn't sure how thick to make the walls so that enough light would pass through so I came up with this little tool. Just hold it in front of your light source at the appropriate distance and check the squares to see how much light passes through. The thicknesses are 0.0mm, 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm.
