Dell 7424 Rugged Extreme handle

This is a replacement handle for the Dell Latitude 7424 Rugged Extreme laptop. I found that these are a bad failure point from Dell and with a replacement at $50 or more or using an accidental damage incident, so I decided to make my own. Normally, I would suggest to print this out of ASA/ABS/PC, but as the environment this is being deployed in has exposure to solvents, I chose PETG, knowing it would fail sooner or later. Speaking to others they noted that if this is designed to be indestructible, you will find something on the laptop that isn't, and I completely agree. I have this printing in under an hour, and I would much rather do that vs replacing a bottom chassis on one of these (multiple hours, 50+ screws) This is taller and thinner than the dell model because theirs tapers to the mount point, mine is the same thickness as the mount point and I wanted to add height to account for different shaped hands and the possibility of gloves being present. In testing, with PETG, I found this handle to be stronger and more durable vs the dell handle.

Below are my print settings, I would recommend this to be the minimum that you use. Feel free to emboss a logo or slogan and/or make finger grooves, it will make this stronger.

This will print at a 45 degree angle on a 220mm bed. I printed this on my Flashforge Adventurer 5M without issues.
