I made this specifically for my setup which already has some stuff bolted to the fan but it should mount to just about any 5015 nozzle cooling fan provided there's space available.

The threading is 18mmx1mm which should fit most 8mm inductive sensors (this is mine http://amzn.to/2GbXWjn) it just tight enough that you shouldn't require any lock nuts on the sensor to keep it in place, which makes setting z-offset a breeze since you can just home the machine and threads the sensor in progressively a few time to dial it in rather than messing with the firmware z offsets etc.

I used bilinear leveling in Marlin 1.1.x and on my Anet A8 the offsets & boundaries were:

//these were just approximations but they worked,

#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 37 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]

#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -55 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]

#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]

// Set the boundaries for probing (where the probe can reach).

#define LEFT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 15

#define RIGHT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 180

#define FRONT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 15

#define BACK_PROBE_BED_POSITION 160

I printed this with no support but your printer may vary, also since its tall and thin a brim or raft is probably a good idea.
