If the part is fitting too tightly or not going onto the plate all the way, try increasing the XY size to 101%. Tolerances are tight to maintain a tight fit. You dont want to part to be loose on the build plate.
This is the Athena Build Plate Hanger. It will allow you to place your build plate at 30 degree and 90 degree angles for fast draining after a print.
90 degree angle is only good for models less than 80mm and 30 degree angle has a maximum of about 200mm models.
For the 90 degree position, you need to lower the plate to about 200mm using the touchscreen controls after the print is complete.
Print from PLA for best results. 0.25 layers, 0.4-0.5 nozzle. No supports. 3 walls.
