Spurbell Spurcycle handlebar adapter

The adapter fits standard 22.2 mm handle bar.

You need

• 1x m3 nut
• 1x m3x10mm screw

Should be printed in PETG, ABS, ASA or similar. The 3mf is correctly orientated with support.

For assembly bend the metal part a bit apart. Then insert the adapter. For me a rotating motion worked best. Afterwards bend the metal part back with pliers for better fit.

In the original design, when the top screw has to much torque, the bell is very securely fastened but is then muted because the rubber element is compressed to much. In my case when I reduced the torque the sound was much louder but the bell could now be rotated around the handle bar without much force.

The adapter replaces most of the rubber element in the bell (see pictures where to cut). The advantage of the adapter is that torque of the top screw can be adjusted for best / loudest sound of the bell.

I could not test if the adapter is compatible to the original spurbell since I don't own one.
