This is a case for the Lilygo T-Echo boards. I designed this to accommodate a larger battery and make the buttons less prone to accidental pressing. This case retains all original functionality, though moving the capacitive touch sensor to the new case may be less than trivial. I have little use for that component, and it fell off the first board I installed, but I gave the second board more care and can confirm it works as expected.
I recommend PETG or ASA for temperature/environmental resistance, though PLA will work fine if heat is not a concern. I have printed this with a .4mm nozzle and a .6mm nozzle with layer heights from .2mm to .32mm and it works just fine. I recommend printing the front/frame and buttons with enough walls and top/bottom to make it solid or use 100% infill. The back panel can do with some weight/material savings by adjusting top/bottom and infill percentage.
