TPU bicycle light visor to create a cutoff line beam pattern, prevent glare, while maintaining visibility.
Use white, translucent TPU 95A. eg.: eSun eTPU.
Tested on a Velotech 1000LM light.
PS: You may need to print it thicker or choose a less permeable material if you find the dispersed light distracting or it compromises your low light vision. Alternatively you can mount the light lower to the ground, if it's possible. If you need a modified cad model, feel free to contact me.
