I took the original STL-file and cut the hanger. Then the new hanger was added.
Some of the edges were bended. This is more comfortable when holding it in your hand.
The wistle was printed with PTEG and laying on the steel sheet. But with no support; even there is a warning from the slicer.
The trial of printing the whistle in a vertical position on the steel sheet showed different outcomes. The printing was fine and no support was needed. But the sound was very different. It is not so loud.
Resolution : 0.15
Infill : 5% for the whistle boddy
40% and above for the hanger
