Some years ago I made this model and published it on my Thingiverse account because there were not many passport cases back then. On here there seem to be tons, hence the name “yet another passport case” seems to be more relevant than it was back in the days.
I printed this standing up without any supports or rafts, layer height 0.2mm.
There are two versions, one for a passport 5mm thick, one 6mm thick.
The inside dimensions are 95mm x 127mm x 5 or 6mm. I suggest to use the 6mm one, 5mm was a bit tight but as your passport gets "broken in" it might also fit into the 5mm version more comfortably.
I designed this in Autodesk Fusion 360 and you can also find the f3d file so you can easily edit this in parametric mode and make your own versions, sizes etc.
