Disclaimer: Relic hunting in national parks, on private property, cemeteries, etc. without proper permits is forbidden and unlawful, it is also highly disrespectful. Preventative measures ensure future generations may visit places such as Gettysburg, Fredericksburg, and other Civil War historical sites in the same or better conditions than we have today.
(Minié ball pictured was legally obtained)
