In our case we already had a secure nail in the wall where my wife wanted to hang her violin, and did not want to drive two screws or anchors into the sheetrock. I would recommend ensuring that the nail you use is directly into a wall stud, but otherwise you should be ok.
I narrowed the diameter of the bow hook to allow for the bow on my wife's violin, which would not fit around the hook in the original.
I have added storage at the top for bow resin as well.
Rubber feet have been added to the enlarged base, which is keyholed to hang securely from a single flat headed nail of up to 6mm head diameter.
