Supports needed for all except normal blade segments, which can be printed larger face down without supports, Main Emitter piece is to be facing emitter up, yes this means a lot of support but it wont work any other way without messing up the look of the actual emitter. Same thing with the Bottom Coupler, as it needs to be facing up, trust me, you don't want to be digging support out of that enclosed area. USE EXCLUSIVE TOLERANCES, There are tolerances built into the model, however they were designed for the K1C, they might not be large enough for other printers.
While this isn't as sturdy as say PopandSicle's Master Sword, you can still swing it around and twirl it and all that good stuff, you can probably clash with another equally structurally disabled lightsaber, just don't put too much force in it, or else you'll get a PLA grenade
Made in Solidworks, ask for cad files if you want to edit it, although I'm not expecting many people here to have Solidworks
