This is a printable version of a miter gluing jig found in the net (e.g. here: https://www.finewoodworking.com/2019/09/10/clamping-tricks-for-mitered-frames ).
you need to print 2 of them for each miter (means 8 pieces for a 4 corner box).
Print instructions
- minimum of 3 perimeters (more = better)
- 25% infill
- I printed it in ASA, but PLA and PETg should make it
Usage
- put double sided tape on the long face of the jig
- place the jig on the wood. the triangle should face to the miter you want to glue
- secure it with a clamp
- now take both parts of the miter, put them together
- clamp them over the edge as seen in the picture
