Description
BB mount meant to be used to connect the collector's edition BB and a triangular bracket like the one Sam wears in the game. This allows you to connect the BB pod without using any glue, thus preventing any damage.
The bracket that fits with my model can be downloaded on thingiverse.
This was used for several days in a convention and is robust. If you're going to run or jump a lot, I suggest securing it with a hidden Velcro strap just to be safe.
Printing instruction
- No support needed
- Use 100% infill
- I used a PLA+ gold filament as it is close enough to BB pod's color
Assembly
- Unscrew the original battery cover on BB pod's bottom.
- Assemble the parts by fitting them together, no glue is needed.
- Slide the top part of the mount on BB pod's top handle.

- Screw the bottom part where the original battery cover was, using the same screw.
- The BB pod can now be attached to the mount by plugging the triangle to the upper socket, and then rotating it until it fits in the two other sockets.
