GCC (Jagua) notebook stand

Limitted by space, moving plotter all around house, I found difficult to have my notebook with cut files connected to the machine.

Therefore I made this bracket to fit Alza Ergo https://www.alza.cz/alzaergo-laptop-mount-o30s-d7811299.htm

For my purpose I removed the side sliding brackets, just for ease of use (laptop is not sliding) and stand brackets are blocking one USB port…

This bracket was tested on GCC Jaguar V model, I'm including bracket drawing for considering other GCC models or brands.

Printed instructions

• PLA (prusament)
• 5 perimeters
• 100% infill
• No brim was required

Rear side holes in bracket provides enough flexibility to snap the bracket right on top of the plotter. Removing is another story, can be dun with flat screwdriver from inside of the plotter.

I also modified the bracket for

• regular VESA 75mm stands (as original O30S Alza is made for)
• full printed version, in the case anyone would like to print the stand as well

Regarding printed version of laptop stand, two versions are included:

• Full size for 14" laptop in the case of large build volume printers
• Shrinked size to fit X1C and similar build volumes (256x256)

I'd print them from PLA as well, 3-4 perimeters should be ok, Infill is up to the maker decission, 1mm thick top and bottom faces are suggested. Please pay attention for the infill in bottom brackets (I'd print them in 100%)

• Alza ergo without VESA mount and side brackets
  • 2x M4x6 inbus low profile head
  • 2x M4x20 inbus low profile head (or standard could be used)
• VESA 75x75
  • 4x M4x20 inbus head
• Full printed version
  • 4x M4x20 inbus low profile head
  • 4x M4 standard nut (pressed inside the bracket)
