Daenerys Targaryen Bust

Daenerys Targaryen Bust. Experiment with multiple layers of displacement. 

Added DT2.obj.  Second Attempt with much deeper 3d effect with the depth map.  But If you check out the side view you can see the obvious downside.  

Note To Self:  I learned that I could incorporate two layers of the same UV texture map.  One with a very High strength and High Sample size that averages out all the major areas without all the sharp incline ridges and details.  and another (same pic) with a very low displacement strength and low sample size (lots of details just not all that displaced) What this does is allows you to get some fine details right on the top without all the noise… yet getting the depth. Pretty SLick.   Problems that remain:  deep cuts from sharp shadows… this always happens on the side of the nose.  Can't get around fixing the nose and side of mouth. 

I gave her a bit of a less serious look as you can see from the pic. 

Not completely happy with it but I learned some stuff.

 For instance, the eyebrows, due to them being black are inset when adding the displacement.  which makes them look weird. Probably could just go into gimp and dodge anything that is dark but is actually protruding.  Like her lashes eyebrows. remove the shadows from under her eyes a bit.  Hmmm.
