Description
The MetroVac DataVac ED-500 is an excellent electronic duster but it lacks any storage/organization for the included nozzles. This holster fits snugly around the base of the blower and provides easily-accessible storage for all the accessories.
Print Settings
The assembly in the pictures was printed at the following settings:
- Printer: Prusa i3 MK3.5
- Print Settings
- 0.4mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer height
- 2 shells sides
- 4 shells top and bottom
- 15% infill
- Filament: generic green PETG
- Supports: none
- Brim: none
Print Instructions
The blower gets quite warm in use. Print in PETG as PLA will melt and deform.
- No supports required, no brim needed. Should be an easy print!
Assembly Instructions
- The holster is a friction-fit on the bottle of the ED-500 blower.
- Populate all your accessories in the slot that fits them best.
- Slide the holster up onto the bottom of the ED-500.
- Enjoy having all your DataVac accessories neatly stored in one place!
