This is a slightly articulated model of bloonarius from btd6. There is a bevel gear mechanism that allows the propellers to spin in opposite directions (which is actually lore-wise incorrect but I think it's more interesting than same-direction).
I drew this over a year ago-I'm not sure how well it works. This is a request upload, so hopefully the guy that requested it attempts this so that we can all know if the model still works. I would test it myself but I just got a new job, and don't have much time for printing anymore :( (if only designing funny creatures paid the bills).
But my new job is cool. For a hint of what I do (it's not that glamorous 💀💀💀):
