Thanks to LegoRJ35 and strikingfpv for the toroidal propellers.
Made it into pinwheels with 200 and 250 mm diameter and a hub for 608ZZ (22x8x7) ball bearings with a nice illusion effect. There are 12 different wind turbines with 3x, 4x and 6x toroidal shapes. There are 4 different axles, suitable for an 8, 10,12 or 15 mm rod. There are 5 different caps. With NabeTest you can adjust the bearing seat of the wind wheel with scaling in X and Y. You can mount one wind wheel, two counter-rotating wind wheels (L+R), wind wheels of different sizes, 3x 4x 6x toroidal wind wheels on the axle with an M8 threaded rod and M8 nuts. I glued the labyrinth ring to the wind wheel with CA after mounting the bearing.

1x stainless steel threaded rod M8x72
2x stainless steel nut M8
4x stainless steel cylinder head screw M3x8
1x rod 8, 10, 12 or 15 mm

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA, if the printer is suitable for ASA.
